I am a qualified somatic movement & yoga teacher based in Folkestone. I don’t teach much yoga anymore as I am completely in love with guiding more embodied movement. I offer the big fun classes like Shake the Dust or Somatic Ecstatic Dance and also more restorative classes like Rest in Movement or Somatic Movement through the lens of Body Mind Centring.

My classes are nearly always inspired by the current astrology and seasons. I also weave in embodied anatomy, myth and storytelling to help guide you back to your body.
My spiritual philosophy is rooted in Non-Dual Tantra & Animism. All of my classes are supported by beautiful soundscapes.

I have completed over 600hrs of training with Authentic Flow Tribe and I am deeply committed to my own practice so I am always teaching from my own direct experience.
