The photos (copyright owned by The Woman & The Wolf) from your commission working with The Woman & The Wolf will be stored indefinitely offline on hard drives and online via Pixieset (Pixieset Privacy Policy) the reason for storage is so that you can always come to The Woman & The Wolf if you lose your copies but also as record of The Woman & The Wolf's work as a photographer which is important to the growth of The Woman & The Wolf.
The photos will be used in the following places for the marketing of The Woman & The Wolf (please state at time of booking if you wish for the photos to remain private); The Facebook business page of The Woman & The Wolf (Facebook Privacy Policy) Instagram business page of The Woman & The Wolf (Instagram Privacy Policy) and the blog of The Woman & The Wolf, hosted by Squarespace (Squarespace Privacy Policy) The photos will not be shared with any third party blogs or publications without prior discussion with you the client.
The photos will also be shared with various print suppliers should you the client request to have an album or any other printed product.
