NERVOUS SYSTEM WORKSHOP

An afternoon of learning about our nervous systems and how can trauma live in our bodies. Online & recorded.

Sunday 12th January 2-6pm.

During this workshop we will explore our relationship with our nervous systems, how they support us and also impact our decisions and reactions. Many of us live with trauma still alive in our bodies and understanding how our beautiful and resilient bodies work can help us in our journey to healing our pasts AND having more capacity for the present and future.

As a group we will engage in a range of activities designed to enhance our understanding of how trauma can manifest in the body and impact overall well-being. Through guided practices, group discussions, and informative sessions we will journey into our nervous systems to start a new dialogue with our bodies.

You will come away with a deeper understanding of your body and tools for regulation and healing.

The first hour or so will be a sharing of information and tools.
The second hour or so will be a variety of movement practises suitable for all bodies to help us embody our nervous systems.
And the final section of our time together will be a group discussion and sharing with the opportunity to ask questions.

You will need…
A quiet & private space where you can move.
Some blankets & cushions to get cosy.
A journal, water & snacks.
Spotify premium if you want access to the music I use for practises.

Cost is £30.00 but please reach out if this isn’t affordable because I want this to be accessible.

It will be recorded and shared with everyone after.
Just book on the button below, please use an email you are happy to be contacted on.
Please email info@amirobertson.com if you have any questions.
